The investment depends on the level of service you’d like to offer, how many employees will be participating, and more. There is no employee minimum. If you have only one employee who needs outplacement employment care, I am happy support them.
My goals are to serve your organization by protecting your reputation and supporting your employees so they feel excited about their next career steps.
What separates my outplacement services from others is that I incorporate a heart-centered, empathetic approach that leverages my interfaith seminary experience. This facilitates deep reflection, meaningful healing, and empowerment that goes above and beyond the standard offerings of transactional outplacement services.
I do not offer therapy, counseling, or psychiatric services.
If you have many impacted employees, I am available to travel for multi-day, in-person career coaching and training sessions, otherwise all services are provided remotely.
I am also available for confidential outplacement services as part of legally binding workplace settlement agreements.
Often, organizations where supervisors are at capacity can find it difficult to carve out meaningful professional development conversations with their team.
