As we step into 2024, I can’t help but reflect on the exciting possibilities that lie ahead. Personally, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve upgraded my computer setup to enhance my remote connections and create more impactful content. And let me tell you, it will be a 2024 been a game-changer! ๐
With my new fancy Blue Yeti mic, camera, and monitor lamp bundle, I now have the benefit of feeling more confident when connecting with colleagues and clients remotely on video anytime, even when natural light is scarce. This flexibility will open up a world of opportunities for me, and I can’t wait to see what it brings.
Throughout my extensive 20+ year career in HR and organization development, I’ve had countless one-on-one conversations with managers frustrated about their employee’s performance.
I canโt tell you how many times the root issue had little to do with the employee and more to do with the manager not providing the appropriate tools and resources needed for the employee to be successful. It’s a common pitfall that can hinder even the most driven and competent individuals.
Drive, competency, and education are undoubtedly crucial, but they can only take you so far. To truly excel, you need the support and infrastructure that empowers you to reach your full potential.
