Growing up, I witnessed the incredible impact that a helping hand can have on one’s success. My parents, driven by their passion for their work and their love for their children, sought the support they needed to thrive. As an adult, I’ve come to realize that my most triumphant moments were achieved when I embraced the power of asking for help.

When I became a mother, I enlisted the guidance of a Doula to navigate the journey of childbirth. To maintain a harmonious home, I rely on the expertise of a housekeeper. And when I need some time for self-care, I have a nanny who ensures my children are safe and happy.

Don’t dismiss the aforementioned as “that’s because she could afford it.” I put off having a housekeeper for years because I couldn’t figure out how to afford it. Then one day, out of desperation I just went for it.

I started out with a one-time cleaning. It was like the heavens opened in my house! How could I have put this off for so long? The benefit was amazing. Once I prioritized having my house cleaned, I figured out how to budget for it. 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

Then, I took a baby-step with a once-a-month cleaning. A year or so later it became every two weeks – and now its once a week. For my family, having a housekeeper is not a ‘nice to have’, it’s a necessity for our piece of mind and family relationships.

Same thing with a Nanny. We thought we couldn’t afford it and even tried a part time nanny. Now, we have a nanny on-call who we reach out to when we’re in need.

But it doesn’t stop there. As I to deepen my expertise to better serve organizations and my career consulting clients while creating a life of freedom and joy, I’ve learned the immense value of hiring coaches and attending professional development programs. These experts and programs have been instrumental in propelling my goals forward and unlocking the ministries of my heart and spirit.

I know some of you are yearning for change, hoping for transformation, but hesitating to seek the expert help that can jump start your journey. Let me tell you, even the best of us can benefit from assistance.

Asking for help requires humility, and 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 “𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆,” 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 ‘𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳’ 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

The hard way is always the hard way. Just like a skilled explorer knows the importance of a guide to make the journey less arduous and more enjoyable, we too can benefit from the wisdom and support of those who have walked the path before us.
